1. Please ensure you have an Active Kids voucher and haven't claimed before for your Child
(A reminder you can only claim $100 rebate per year / per child.) 
Apply for your Active Kids Voucher at  Service NSW.
OUR PROVIDER NAME in Service NSW is EASTS BASKETBALL 
 

2.  We will verify your voucher with Service NSW then Refund the $100 back onto your card.
This usually takes 2 - 5 business days to process from our end.
